Guntur Chilli
Another very nice and hot chilli from South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, it’s cultivated in dry conditions. This gives it more heat than normal chilies ranging in 30,000 to 40,000 have. Famous among many food manufacturers for relatively higher heat and nice taste.
